Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Android Trainee
to join our development team. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of
Android development using Java and Android Studio, along with understanding of
REST APIs, communication protocols, and Play Store deployment processes. Basic
exposure to Flutter and AI-based coding tools will be an added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining Android applications using Java in Android Studio.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code under senior developer guidance.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into Android applications.
- Work with backend teams for API integration and data exchange.
- Implement application features using standard Android architecture practices.
- Debug, test, and optimize mobile applications for performance and usability.
- Participate in app deployment and updates on Google Play Store.
- Maintain proper documentation of code and project workflow.
- Learn and implement AI-based coding tools and automation techniques.
Skills Required:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Java programming.
- Hands-on experience with Android Studio.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling.
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as: TCP, HTTP / HTTPS, SMTP
- Understanding of app lifecycle and Android architecture components.
- Basic knowledge of Play Store app publishing and update process.
- Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Flutter framework.
- Understanding of AI-based coding tools (e.g., AI-assisted development tools).
- Exposure to Firebase services.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for mobile applications.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
