Position: Tele Research Associate

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 4,50,000/- to Rs. 5,50,000/- Per Annum

Job Location: Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days from office but flexible)

Shift Time: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 PM IST

Educational Criteria:

  • Education: BCom/ BBA/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc 
  • Batch: No Pass out Criteria
  • Percentage: No Percentage Criteria

Job Description:

The Tele-research Associate is responsible for gathering, verifying, and updating business information within all calling campaigns. Information verification and updates include. Business name, address, phone number(s), employee size, key personnel, e-mail address, website, line of business, plus additional company demographics.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Contact companies across the country via phone to verify and gather business information by utilizing scripted guidelines. 
  • Enter updates or corrections to business information in order to ensure an accurate database. 
  • Maintain 99 percent accuracy rate on updates and corrections to meet company quality standards.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills and strong command over English language.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
  • Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach towards problem solving
