Position: Manual Tester
Experience: Fresher
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,60,000/- Per Annum.
Job Location: Pune
Bond: 02 Years
Education Criteria:
- Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA/ MSC/MCS (CS/IT branch Only)
- Batch: 2023/ 2024/ 2025 Pass out Batch Only
- Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Identify, log, and track defects/bugs using defect-tracking tools
· Re-test defects and perform regression testing after fixes
· Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams
· Ensure software meets quality standards and client expectations
· Prepare and maintain test documentation and test reports
· Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) support when required
· Follow SDLC & STLC processes and quality best practices
Skills Required:
· Experience with test case design techniques
· Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
· Understanding of web & client-server applications
· (FinTech bonus) Basic understanding of trading systems, order flow, or financial domain
· Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
· Understanding of SDLC models (Agile, Waterfall)
· Hands-on experience in manual testing techniques
