Position: Trainee Software Engineer (Java Developer)

Department: Proactive Risk Management

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 3,25,000/- Per Annum

Bond: 05 Years

Educational Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech / BCA / BCS / BSC / MCA / MCS / MSC (CS/IT Only)
Batch: Pass out Year 2023/ 2024/ 2025/2026 Batch Only.
Percentage: 55% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Role and Responsibilities:

Understand business and technical requirements.
Contribute to development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities as required.
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and actively build skills in new technologies and processes.
Participate in requirement analysis, unit testing, integration testing, and defect fixing
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test cases and supporting materials

Skills required:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn new technologies and domain concepts.
Effective communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Time management and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Java / SQL / PL-SQL / HTML5 / JavaScript /CSS / Excel.
Understanding of RDBMS concepts (tables, joins, indexes, constraints, query writing, sub queries, case).
Basic exposure to REST APIs, debugging, HTTP response codes, API clients - Postman/SOAP UI.
Familiarity with SDLC, testing concepts and version control (Git preferred).
