Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining dynamic web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in MongoDB schema design, aggregation, and performance tuning, as well as strong knowledge of JWT-based authentication and authorization flows.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.

· Develop secure RESTful APIs and integrate them with React.js frontends.

· Implement JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) for user management.

· Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines for scalability and efficiency.

· Create reusable, testable, and efficient Express.js middleware for routing, validation, and authentication.

· Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure a responsive and modern interface using React.js and Material UI/Tailwind CSS.

· Manage application states using Redux or Context API.

· Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization for performance.

· Handle version control using Git, deploy using Docker, and manage cloud environments (AWS).

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.

Skills Required:

·         Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
·         Expertise in the MERN Stack — MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
·         In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, including: Schema design, validation, and relationships using Mongoose, Indexing, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization.
·         Experience with MongoDB Atlas and replica sets.
·         Strong understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0, session management).
·         Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, middleware, and API versioning.
·         Proficient with React Hooks, Context API, Redux, and React Router.
·         Good understanding of web security concepts (CORS, CSRF, encryption, HTTPS)
·         Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging tools.
