Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships.
- Guide clients in implementing and configuring HRIS software solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Provide training and support on software platform usage.
- Monitor client accounts for contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on HRMS software trends and best practices.
- Ensure positive customer experiences and handle concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical concepts.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical Skills: CRM software, MS Excel, SQL, HRIS software
