Job Description:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, online databases, social media platforms, and professional networking sites, to identify and attract passive candidates with relevant skills and experience.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and targeted  communication campaigns to establish relationships and assess their interest and fit for available opportunities. 
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform  sourcing strategies and identify emerging talent pools. Analyze data and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness,  identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment processes.
  •  Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social  media, and networking events, to communicate job opportunities, company culture, and career advancement rospects. Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering timely and relevant information, addressing inquiries,  and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. 
  • Collaboration with Recruiters: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop sourcing strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Provide regular  updates on sourcing progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights to inform recruitment decisions and drive 
  • hiring outcomes: Candidate Assessment: Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and motivations to determine suitability for specific roles. Conduct preliminary interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks as needed to evaluate  candidate fit and facilitate the  selection process. 
  • Talent Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent and  differentiate the company as an employer of choice. Develop compelling messaging and content for job postings,  social media profiles, and recruitment marketing materials to showcase the company's culture, values, and career  opportunities. 

Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment software/tools. 
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search logic, and candidate engagement strategies. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and establish credibility with candidates. 
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sourcing targets, delivering quality candidates, and driving recruitment outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a deadline- driven environment..
