- Plan on frequent reviews of
their work with their Leads.
- Take the initiative to learn
and train continuously, especially for new tech stacks.
- Find innovative approaches
and solutions for the problem statement at hand.
- Seek continuous feedback and
improve their performance.
Skills Required:
- Strong spoken English and
good communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving
abilities.
- Strong analytical, logic and
articulation skills.
- Willing to work from Pune
office.
