Educational Criteria:
- BE/BTech/BSc/BCS/BCA/ MTech/ME/MCA/MSc/MCS (CS/IT ONLY)
- 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
- Pass-out Year 2023 Only
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements.
- Design, develop, and test software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Maintain and update existing software applications.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions
- Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages such as Java, PHP, Dotnet, Python, or C++
- Strong knowledge of front-end programming languages such as React JS, AngularJS, Flutter, and JS.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile or Scrum.
- Understanding of database management systems and SQL.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in any one of the mentioned technologies - React Native, Flutter, PHP
- Good analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
