Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer who is both experienced and a fresher, with a solid background in C++ unit testing using Google Test and Google Mock. For candidates with less experience ("fresher"), the minimum requirement is hands-on experience in C++.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain unit test suites for C++ applications using Google Test and Google Mock.
  • Strong C++ knowledge required to understand the developer’s modular functions code and able to write/develop the unit test based on the function.
  • The unit test should cover the min 80% code coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with software developers and quality assurance engineers to understand system requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Debug and troubleshoot test failures, and work with the development team to resolve issues promptly.

Skills Required: 

  • Proven experience in software development with a focus on C++.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ unit testing frameworks such as Google Test and Google Mock.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • Experience with continuous integration tools and processes.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices is a plus.
