- 70% throughout in
10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
- Pass-out Year 2023/2024 Only
Role &
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and tasks effectively.
- A keen interest in technology and client servicing.
