Roles: Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Intern
Experience: Fresher
Approx. Stipend: Upto Rs. 15000/- Per Month
Internship Period: 6 Months (From June 2024 to November 2024)
Job Location: Pune
Service Agreement: Candidates will have to sign 18 months of service agreement (6 months internship + 12 months as FTE). Forfeiting the same will involve penalty charges on a pro-rata basis.
INTERNSHIP @PUNE location all 5 days’ work from the office.
Educational Criteria:
- MBA or Post Graduate in HR
- 2023/2024/2025 Passout ONLY
- Forecasted University Pass marks
of 60% and above with No standing arrears.
Skills Required:-
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of HR and TA especially in hiring and building hiring strategies.
Recruitment Process:
- Round 1: Register for the program.
- Round 2: Clear the first round of Group Discussion
- Round 3: Level 1 Interview Virtual or Face to face.
- Round 4: Face-to-face interview @Coditas Office with the leadership team.
- Round 5: Internship Offer
