Position 1: Demand Generation Executive (International
Voice Process)
Approx. Salary: Upto Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 37,000/- Per Month (Uncapped
Incentives- starting from 8K (no upper limit))
Shift: Rotational Shift
Role & Responsibilities:
- Contact Discovery through Professional networking and professional
websites.
- Pre-Sales, Cold Calling and Lead Generation.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined
geographies.
- Focus on achieving the targets defined and assigned.
Preferred Profile:
- Excellent command of English (compulsory)
- Graduate freshers with no experience are welcome only with good
communication in English
- Willing to work from the office
- Willing to work in Rotational shifts/Night shifts/Self travel

Research Executive (B2B)
Approx. Salary: Upto Rs. 16,000/- to Rs. 23,000/- Per Month
Job Description:
- As a Market Research Analyst specializing in Business-to-Business
(B2B) markets, you will be
- responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to
provide valuable insights into market
- trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes. Your
findings will inform strategic decision-
- making processes, product development initiatives, and marketing
strategies within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on B2B markets,
including industry trends, market size,
- growth opportunities, and key players. Utilize various research
methodologies such as surveys,
- interviews, and data analysis to gather relevant information.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful
insights and trends. Utilize statistical
- techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a
clear and compelling manner.
Position 3: Contact Discovery Quality Assurance
Approx. Salary: Upto Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 14,000/- Per Month
Job Description:
- As a Contact Discovery Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary
responsibility is to ensure the
- accuracy, relevance, and quality of contact information obtained
through various channels. You will
- play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our database
by verifying, validating, and updating
- contact details according to established standards and procedures.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Procedures: Develop and implement quality
assurance procedures for contact
- discovery processes. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and
benchmarks to measure the
- accuracy and completeness of contact data. Data Verification:
Conduct thorough verification checks on contact information obtained from
- different sources, including online databases, public records, and
third-party vendors. Ensure that all
- data entries meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Data Validation: Validate contact details such as names, email
addresses, phone numbers, and job
- titles to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize validation tools
and techniques to identify and
- correct errors or discrepancies.
- Database Maintenance: Regularly review and update contact records
in the database to reflect
- changes such as job transitions, company mergers, or contact
preferences. Keep abreast of industry
- developments and best practices in contact management.
