Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Bond: 2 Years (If the bond is broken, a penalty of 2 Lakh will be incurred.)

Shift: Rotational Shift

Educational Criteria:

Any Graduate/Postgraduate (CS / IT ONLY)
2023 Pass-Out ONLY
60% Throughout All Academics

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients using Java-based applications, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality, configurations, and potential issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Document support processes, including troubleshooting steps, solutions, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
Communicate with clients via email, phone, or ticketing systems to provide updates on issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior support members or developers, as needed, and follow up until resolution.
Assist in testing and validating fixes and enhancements to ensure quality and reliability of software products.
Continuously update the knowledge base and stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of Java development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
