Position: Business Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the BFSI industry, exceptional analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects and initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency

Experience: 0-2 Year

Approx. Package For Fresher: Upto Rs. 2,16,000/- to Rs. 2,99,000/- Per Annum

Approx. Package For Experience: Upto Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 4,00,000/- Per Annum

Job Location: Mumbai

Educational Criteria:

BE/BTech/BCA/BCS/MCS/MCA/BBA/MBA(IT/Finance/Other Branches)
No Pass-Out Criteria
60% Throughout All Academics

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
Analyse complex business problems, processes, and workflows within the BFSI domain, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
Define and document detailed functional specifications, business rules, and use cases to guide development and implementation efforts.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market trends relevant to the BFSI sector.
Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical solutions, providing clarification and guidance as needed.
Perform impact analysis on proposed changes, assess potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Support project managers in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management,

Technical Skills:

Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
