Educational Criteria:
- BE/BTech/BCA/BCS/BSc/MCA/MCS/MSc(CS / IT / E&TC ONLY)
- 70% above Throughout All Academics
- 2022/2023 Pass-out Only
Role & Responsibilities:
- Be a part of a mobile, web or backend development team and ship mission-critical apps used by millions of users.
- Collaborate with the team to design and ship new features.
- Identify and root cause issues and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, random crashes, etc.
- Gradually take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact – take on more challenging tasks, mentor others, lead a module, manage a team.
- Continuously learn new techniques and technologies.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of any programming language
- Candidate Must Have Manual Testing Knowledge
- Basic knowledge in Estimate test efforts
- Good aptitude and a willingness to learn new things.
- Enjoy writing and debugging code.
- Persistence and attention to detail.
- knowledge in analyze, and communicating test results
- Basic knowledge in Defect tracking, participate in day-to-day QA activities.
- Experience of working as a tester or in a similar position.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
- Knowledge of testing software such as Zephyr and qTest.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of regression testing.
Terms and conditions:
- Post Training onboarding on Payroll – Start CTC 2.18 lac, post 6 months – Regularization from Trainee – Jr. software Engineer – CTC up to 3.75 lacs.
- The candidate will have to sign 2 years of service agreement.
