Position 1: Implementation Engineer

Position 1: Implementation Engineer

Job Location: Work from Home

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with client/s and understand their processes, policies and expectations
  • Build effective solutions for the intended outcomes using Company People product capabilities
  • Configuration of various Company People products to meet the above requirements
  • Support client in performing necessary test cases for the selected module/s
  • Seek sign-off from the client and ensure client is comfortable with the solution 
  • Train the client POC’s on admin functionalities and even support in end-user trainings
  • Post go live support to client POC as and when required
  • Handle minimum 3 to 5 customers across various Company People Products for end to end implementation at any given point of time

Experience and Background:

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS HR Tech Implementation and support minimum 2 years
  • Prior experience in Company People products preferred
  • Basic understanding of project management, technical details around HR tech integrations
  • Detail oriented, proactive, solutions oriented individual who can operate independently
  • Willingness and ability to learn on the job with a desire to build a career in the HR tech industry


Position 2: Sales Executive

Job Location: Work from Home

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build list of prospective customers from various sources and databases
  • Cold-call and email campaigns to reach prospective buyers
  • Identify specific needs of prospective buyers and pitch Company People solutions
  • Demo Company People solutions to the client
  • Negotiate and close the deal along with support from seniors
  • Target to close minimum 3 clients per month
  • Target to generate minimum 10-12 new prospects per month

Experience and Background:

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS Sales minimum 2 years
  • Prior experience in HR Tech solutions preferred
  • Basic understanding of sales, prospecting and HR tech buying process
  • Ability to generate potential target database on its own using various tools and methods

Position 3: HR Ops Executive / Business Analyst

Job Location: Pune (WFO)

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday – 10 AM to 630 PM 

Job Description:

The individual will be part of HR operations for a specific client. As part of the HR ops team, the person will be expected to take responsibility for a primary process and a secondary process. The resource will need to have or gain thorough understanding of the client processes while also enhancing her/his skills on the HRMS used including MS office tools like Excel and PowerPoint specifically.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day activities for the assigned primary and secondary processes
  • The processes to include Recruitment support, Employee onboarding, Induction and Orientation, Trainee absorption, Payroll, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Leave and attendance, Compensation and benefits, Exit and Employee database update and management
  • The role involves completing defined set of transactions in the HRMS as per defined SOP and processes within defined SLA’s.
  • The incumbent will be expected to provide necessary and sufficient data for regular MIS and ad-hoc report requirements
  • The role will ensure all data in the HRMS is complete, accurate and is error free. If needed the incumbent will work to ensure necessary data audits are conducted and gaps identified are fixed. The person will also assist in data migration and bulk update activities as and when required
  • The person is expected to provide suggestions for further simplification and automation of the processes. Such automations will be built in the HRMS with help of the HRMS partner and the resource may be required to ensure such capabilities are tested and deployed effectively
  • Maintaining and updating relevant SOP’s and process documents from time to time will also be required to be taken up by the resource in the capacity of an Subject matter expert (SME) on one or more processes
  • The role will be responsible for defined process metrics, client satisfaction index and SLA performance of the assigned processes. The individual is expected to contribute to define better metrics while also suggesting improvement ideas for performance improvement in identified metrics

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in a centralized, standardized HR operations team is highly desirable
  • Prior experience of minimum 1 year in payroll, onboarding, recruitment or any other HR processes including data analytics is a must
  • Thorough understanding of one or more HR processes with minimum 1 year experience in such processes
  • Complete and clear understating of industry practices and necessary statutory compliances with respect to various HR processes
  • An eye for detail with an ability to execute on defined SOP and processes using an HRMS
  • Continuous improvement and learning approach with a positive mindset where one looks for growth opportunities and possibilities instead of complaining
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision while ensuring necessary and sufficient information is shared with managers to avoid client escalations
  • Client handling experience including understanding client requirements, converting them into solutions and execution is a must for this role
  • Educational qualification in HR, compliance, recruitment, Payroll, Payroll compliances or similar processes is desired but is not mandatory
  • Highly skilled in MS office suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The person must be able to demonstrate following abilities in these applications

  1. MS Word – Mail merge, styles and templates, Tables and Formatting, Document formatting and layout, collaboration and track changes
  2. MS Excel – H Lookup, V Lookup, Formulas, Pivot Tables, VBA and Macros, Data Analysis, Graphs and charts
  3. MS PowerPoint – Master Slide setup and changes, Inductive and Deductive logic based layouts, creating and adhering to templates, presenting a story vs just data/information
