enthusiastic Odoo Fresher Developers with strong programming knowledge in
Python. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development,
customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP modules. This role is ideal for
fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in ERP development and
gain hands-on experience with Odoo’s technical and functional framework.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and customization of Odoo modules (both backend and frontend).• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for Odoo-based applications.
• Work on new features, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with senior developers, functional consultants, and QA teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to technical design.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in Odoo.
• Support integration of Odoo with third-party tools and APIs.
Skills Required:
• Strong programming knowledge in Python (must).• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
