Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our growing team. This position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to begin their career in software testing. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality by executing manual and automated tests, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with the development team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
  •  Identify, record, and track bugs through proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and update test cases, test reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Conduct Black Box testing to validate system behavior and functionality.
  • Assist the QA team in optimizing testing processes and maintaining quality standards.

Skills Required:

  • Programming: Basic understanding of Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Databases: SQL knowledge for data validation and querying.
  • Automation: Familiarity with Selenium or similar automation tools.
  • API Testing: Basic understanding of API testing methods.
  • Tools: Exposure to Jira or other bug tracking/project management systems.
  • SDLC/Agile: Understanding of software development life cycle and agile practices.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret test results to improve product quality.
  •  Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Black Box testing techniques.
