Position 1: QA (Manual Tester)

Position 2: QA (Automation Tester)

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- Per Annum

Job Location: Pune

Educational Criteria:

Education: BE/BTech /MCA /MCS /MSC (All Branches)
Batch: No Pass out Criteria
Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Position 1: QA (Manual Tester)

Skills Required:

Should have a basic understanding of software testing
Should be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same
Should be proactive in test case execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification, and mitigation
Should have experience on Test Management (like Quality Centre) and Defect
Management tools like (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
Conduct independent system testing for changes to the application
Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functional to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment
Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results
Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented and fixed and help in UAT support to users
Review and provide input on Business Requirements and Functional Specification document.

Position 2: QA (Automation Tester)

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of Automation Testing concepts
Knowledge of at least one automation tool (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress / Appium)
Familiarity with programming languages like Java / Python / JavaScript for writing automation scripts
Understanding of OOPs concepts, Data Structures, and basic coding
Ability to design and develop test scripts, test data, and automation frameworks
Should be able to convert manual test cases into automated test scripts
Hands-on understanding of TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
Knowledge of Version Control Systems like Git
Experience or understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) is an advantage
Should be proactive in test case execution, script debugging, defect logging, and reporting
Understanding of Test Management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
Execute and maintain automation regression suites
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation frameworks
Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and provide detailed defect reports
Work with developers and manual testers for test coverage and continuous improvement
Review and provide input on Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents
