Roles:
· Resource planning and allocation - Prepare detailed (micro) project schedule for all project execution activities.
· Checking & reviewing of design related to equipment, Utility packages, pumps, Rotary & static equipment - Review and finalize tender documents.
· Participate in techno-commercial discussion to finalize project equipment & execution contractors.
· Ensure CSM compliance at the site - Review key detailed engineering documents, e.g. equipment layout, piping GA, Structure drawings and highlight gaps if any.
· Resolve contractor drawing related queries with execution team.
· Review and monitor project execution with all contractors on a daily basis.
· Make contingency plan to make over execution delay if any - Ensure QAP compliance of all contractors working at the site.
· Conflict management with all contractors - Bill certification of all project contractors.
