Responsibilities

· Acts as the first point of contact for Employees, Managers and HR Business Partners seeking support in HR Policy & Processes, Transactions & HRWeb (self-service).
· Assumes an end to endownership for all in Performance and Rewards requests. Consolidates data about common user scenarios and experiences in testing the Rewards tool.
· Ensures operational compliance or alignment with Microsoft philosophy. Guide employees/managers to navigate HRWeb to obtain information as well as promptly with other SMEs in Operations and the Rewards community as needed for more complex issues
· Actively involves in the data quality checks by understanding the different attributes that affects the Rewards process.
· Uses relevant business metrics to track his or her own work and team performance.
· Scopes problems by identifying key issues, inputs, and outcomes. Builds a job-relevant base of knowledge to solve problems.
· Primary responsibility for Rewards HR queries and ensure the queries are responded quickly
· Maintain efficient service delivery by ensuring transactional requests and assigned inquiries are completed within SLA depending on priority & complexity
· Rewards Ops associate is highly involved in daily decision making activities especially when details received for processing are insufficient and the right party could not be reached for confirmation/approval. Guided by the policy, processes & procedure, the Rewards Ops associate is expected to make the right decision in resolving such requests
· Working in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy, HR access management at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies. Responsible for managing Sox and audit requirements.
· Maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base content on policies, procedures & FAQs and share the gained knowledge and experience individually with Area HR Ops team
· Continuously strive to gain customer satisfaction and minimize complaints on the delivery of Rewards Operation service
