Roles & Responsibilities
Employee should works closely with Account manager, Compliance, Products, Client Implementation, Network Management and Sub custodians to ensure trade settlement and operational queries are timely resolved. He/ She will be reporting to Assistant manager
Primary Responsibilities
v Taking overall responsibility of clients’ settlement instructions including manual creation.
v Informing Spoke on Missing instructions, Cancellation requests and proper documentation.
v Processing all instructions in Repair Queue within the agreed timelines
v Ensure Client is well-informed through Spoke when short of securities to cover position.
v Ensure Risk Management approval is taken well before agreed time for forcing instructions to market, when client short of money.
