Position: Trainee Product Support

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Salary: Upto Rs. 5,00,000/- Per Annum

Job Location: Bangalore

Bond: 02 Years

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Educational Criteria:

  • Education:  BE/ BTech (CS/IT & ENTC Branch Only)
  • Batch: Pass out Year 2025 Batch Only.
  • Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls to report, follow up, or escalate issues.
  • Show urgency in resolving customer concerns and take ownership of issues and escalations.
  • Track customer calls and coordinate with escalated support tiers for progress.
  • Execute customer edits in CRM and manage customer permissions to external tools.
  • Ensure customer support entitlement status.
  • Deliver customer notifications, marketing information, or product updates.
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Skills Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or related field
  • Willingness to work in night shifts
  • Knowledge of SQL (added advantage)
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
