Position: Software Tester

Experience: Freshers

Training Period: 03 Months

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 1,80,000/- to Rs. 2,16,000/- Per Annum

Job Location: Pune

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Education: BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ ME/ MTech/ MCA/ MCS/ MSc (CS/ IT/ ENTC Branch Only)
  • Batch: Pass out Year 2025/ 2026 Batch Only
  • Percentage: No Percentage Criteria

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Functionality from Team lead, Writing test scenarios and test cases, executing test cases, performing Operational qualifications. Travelling to Customer if required. Ready to do customer support or training customers when required.
  • Good English communication written and Verbal.
  • Knowledge of having worked on Microsoft Office, specifically MS word / MS Excel would be an advantage.
  • Worked on web-based as well as desktop applications on dotnet platform.
  • Experience of testing in Windows environment and different Internet browsers.
  • Good Understanding, communication and explanation skills will be added advantage.
  • If in case a need arise, for working from home, should have full-fledged setup (Broadband Connection, Laptop)

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Software Testing fundamentals
  • Understanding of SDLC and STLC
  • Manual Testing concepts (Test cases, test scenarios, defect life cycle)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases (preferred)
  • Understanding of Black Box Testing techniques
  • Exposure to tools like JIRA / Bugzilla is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Cards & Payments domain will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Recruitment Process:

  1. If candidate performance found Good (Memory, Understanding, Attitude, quick Learning ability etc.) Will issue formal offer letter to candidate.
  2. Shortlisted Candidates need to appear for Assessment for the period of (4 Days) – No Salary / Stipend paid to candidates during assessment period.
  3. Technical F2F round
  4. HR round
