- Percentage: 60%
throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Role 1: SAP Basis
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install,
configure, and maintain SAP systems
- Monitor
system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Perform
system upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Manage
user roles, authorizations, and security
- Ensure
system availability and disaster recovery planning
Skills Required:
- Strong
knowledge of SAP architecture and administration
- Experience
with SAP installations and upgrades
- Understanding
of databases (HANA, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge
of OS (Linux/Windows)
- Problem-solving
and analytical skills
Role 2: SAP ABAP
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop
and maintain SAP applications using ABAP
- Customize
reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements
- Debug
and optimize existing programs
- Work
with functional teams to translate requirements
Skills Required:
- Strong
knowledge of ABAP programming
- Experience
with reports, ALV, BADI, BAPI, enhancements
- Understanding
of SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.)
- Debugging
and performance tuning skills
Role 3: SAP SuccessFactors
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement
and support SuccessFactors modules
- Configure
HR processes like Employee Central, Recruitment, etc.
- Provide
end-user support and training
- Integrate
SuccessFactors with other SAP systems
Skills Required:
- Knowledge
of SuccessFactors modules
- Understanding
of HR business processes
- Configuration
and implementation experience
- Strong
communication skills
Role 4: SAP PS (Project Systems)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure
and manage SAP PS module
- Handle
project planning, budgeting, and execution
- Monitor
project progress and cost tracking
- Integrate
PS with other SAP modules
Skills Required:
- Knowledge
of SAP PS module
- Understanding
of project management concepts
- Integration
knowledge with FI/CO/MM
- Analytical
and problem-solving skills
Role 5: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure
and support SAP SD processes
- Manage
sales orders, billing, and delivery processes
- Work
with clients to gather requirements
- Resolve
issues related to order-to-cash cycle
Skills Required:
- Strong
knowledge of SAP SD module
- Understanding
of sales and distribution processes
- Integration
with MM and FI modules
- Configuration
and support experience
Role 6: SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement
and support SAP EWM solutions
- Manage
warehouse operations like inbound/outbound, picking, packing
- Configure
warehouse structure and processes
- Optimize
inventory and logistics operations
Skills Required:
- Knowledge
of SAP EWM module
- Understanding
of warehouse and logistics processes
- Integration
with MM/SD modules
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
