Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 3,65,000/- Per Annum

Job Location: Pune

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Educational Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate (All Branches)
  • Batch: No Passout Criteria
  • Percentage: No Percentage Criteria.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
  • Provide information about products and services and guide customers through various processes
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, eNPS, resolution time, customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and any changes in company policies or procedures

 

Skilled Required:

  1. Good communication skills
  2. Should be Impeccable in Communication Skills (written/verbal)
  3. Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts 5 days a week with rotational work offs
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks/chats and manage time effectively
  5. Proficiency in using chat software and CRM systems
  6. Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Basic understanding of web-based technologies and troubleshooting
  9. Positive attitude and strong dedication to customer resolution
  10. Ability to remain calm and professional
