Description:
QualityKiosk is looking for
Quality Analysts (QAs) from a banking or financial services background who are
interested in transitioning into a non-coding software testing role. The
company will provide on-the-job training in QA processes and tools. This is an
excellent opportunity for candidates with loan, credit card, or digital banking
knowledge to enter the IT domain.
Role &
Responsibilities:
- Understand and work on banking processes related
to:
- Loan disbursement & processing
- Credit card lifecycle (before and after
delivery process)
- Internet and mobile banking systems
- Collaborate with testing teams to
support functional testing and UAT cycles
- Assist in creating and executing test
cases based on banking workflows
- Report issues, bugs, and functional gaps
clearly to the technical team
- Participate in training sessions on QA
concepts, tools, and methodologies
Skills
Required:
- Good understanding of loan processing, credit card services, or digital banking
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to learn software testing tools and work in a structured QA environment
- Open to candidates with non-technical backgrounds (no coding required)
- 1 to 4 years of experience in banking operations, back-office processing, or financial services
- Candidates with a commerce background will be preferred.
