Position 1: Quality Analyst

Shift Timing: Day Shift

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Education: BE / BTech/ ME/ MTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA / MCS / MSC (All Branch)
  • Batch: Pass out Year 2023, 2024 & 2025 Batch Only
  • Percentage:  Above 75% in 10th & 12th is required

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Need to Write and Execute Test Cases
  • Report Bugs with proper details.
  • Need to participate in discussions with multiple teams
  • Need to analyze and understand the Functional Specification Documents

Skills Required:

  • Analytical and logical ability
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Decision making capability
  • Familiar with SDLC and Software Engineering concepts
  • Basic knowledge of Database/SQL, optional
  • Basic knowledge of any one programming language (C, C++, C#,VB .Net, Java, or VBScript). Optional


Position 2: Support and Implementation Analyst

Shift Timings: Night Shift

Eligibility Criteria:  

  • Education: BE / BTech/ ME/ MTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA / MCS / MSC (All Branch)
  • Batch: Pass out Year 2023, 2024 & 2025 Batch Only
  • Percentage:  Above 70% in 10th & 12th is required

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to US Healthcare clients (EHR, EMR) via email, phone, and other channels.
  • Guide clients through system setup and issue resolution.
  • Track and follow up on incidents with internal teams and clients.
  • Log, classify, and prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency.
  • Resolve issues, restore services, and ensure timely incident closure.
  • Maintain incident ownership, tracking, and communication.
  • Establish strong client relationships and collaborate with software developers.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in handling hardware/software issues and internet applications.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.


Position 3: Technical Support

Shift Timings: Day Shift

Educational Criteria:

  • Education: BE / BTech / ME / MTech (CS/ IT/ EC Branch Only).
  • Batch: Pass out Year 2023, 2024 & 2025 Batch Only
  • Percentage:  Above 70% in 10th & 12th is required

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to US Healthcare clients (EHR, EMR) via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic mediums.
  • Talking clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Work with the internal teams and the clients to take followup of the incidents and get the things done.
  • Logging client queries using service management tools to record each & every query.
  • Detect, record, and classify the incidents & provide initial incident support.
  • Investigate, prioritize and diagnose the incidence based on impact & urgency.
  • Resolve incidents and recover service as per agreed service levels & close the incidents.
  • Maintain ownership, monitoring, tracking & communications about incidents.
  • Provide management information about Incident Management quality and operations.
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers.
