**Educational Qualifications:** B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc/MSc  

**Location:** Kharadi, Pune  

**Working Days:** 5 Days/Week  

**Shift:** Night Shift (Cabs Provided)  

**CTC:** 3.11 LPA (Fixed) + Night Shift Allowances + Performance Bonus


### **Skills Required:**


#### **Soft Skills:**

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


#### **Technical Skills:**

- Good understanding of Desktop/Laptop (and preferably server/storage) hardware concepts, components, and functionality.

- Familiarity with at least one operating system such as Windows Server and Linux.

- Knowledge of basic networking concepts.

- Any server/storage/networking certification will be an added advantage.

- Basic awareness about HPE and their products/services.


### **Roles & Responsibilities:**

- Provide first-level technical support to HPE’s global customers for enterprise server/storage products.

- Remotely diagnose and resolve hardware/firmware issues, escalate complex cases, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of support tickets.

- Work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to provide continuous support coverage, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Interact with customers and internal as well as external stakeholders to resolve customer issues.

- Adapt to varying workloads and manage time effectively to meet support demands.
