- 50% Above Percentage throughout criteria.
Skills Required:
- DNS, DHCP, OS installation.
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware components.
- Providing technical support and guidance to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
- Addressing network-related issues, including connectivity problems and basic network configurations.
- Excellent communication, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
