Job Description:
Pletra Technology India Private Limited is seeking a motivated and
talented Salesforce intern to join our team. This internship opportunity will
provide hands-on experience and the chance to develop skills in Salesforce
administration, configuration, and support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data entry, and security settings.
- Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of Salesforce enhancements and updates.
- Assist in data migration and data quality initiatives within Salesforce.
- Contribute to documentation of Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce features and updates, and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
Technical skills :
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex or JavaScript and LWC).
