Job Description:
We are seeking a
motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Intern to join our IT/CRM team. This
internship offers hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, allowing you to
develop skills in database management, workflow automation, and data analysis.
You will work closely with our Salesforce Administrator and gain insights into
how Salesforce supports business operations and drives growth.
Skills required:
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Java Language and SQL or database management is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
