Internship Duration: 06 Months

Approx. Stipend During Internship: Upto Rs. 10,000/- Per Month

(Travel allowance: Rs. 3,000/- to Rs. 5,000/- based on travel, client visits, and meetings.)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and a knack for identifying business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base in both domestic and international markets, promoting our high-quality IT and AI solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in target sectors (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Fintech, E-commerce) through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and introducing Averta’s digital transformation capabilities.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads from initial contact to closure.
  • Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs, highlighting our AI-driven solutions.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position Averta Strategy in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and scoped.

Skills Required:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with international clients (UK, UAE, Australia markets).
  • Tech-Savviness: Basic understanding of the IT landscape (Web/App Development, AI, Digital Transformation) to hold meaningful conversations with clients.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, resilience, and a self-starter attitude. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
