Role 1: Python Full Stack Developer

Role 2: Python Backend Developer with DevOps

Role 3: AI/ML Developer (Generative AI / Agentic AI with Python)

Experience: Fresher

Duration: 12 months

Approx. Salary: Upto Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 45,000/- Per Month (If trained or holding a valid certification, salary is Rs. 45,000/-)

Job Location: Pune & Bangalore

Bond: 01 Year

Educational Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech (CS/ IT/ AI/ ML/ DS Branch Only)
Batch: Pass out Year 2025 Batch Only
Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Role 1: Python Full Stack Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and develop frontend and backend web applications.
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Develop backend logic and REST APIs using Python.
Integrate frontend applications with backend systems.
Work with databases and server-side architecture.
Debug, test, and maintain web applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Python programming and backend development.
Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Node.js.
Understanding of full stack development concepts and web application architecture.
Knowledge of REST APIs, database integration, and backend services.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Role 2: Python Backend Developer with DevOps

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build scalable backend systems and APIs using Python.
Develop and maintain microservices and server-side logic.
Manage databases and backend architecture.
Containerize applications using Docker for deployment.
Deploy and monitor applications in cloud/server environments.
Automate deployment workflows and CI/CD processes.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Skills Required:

Strong Python backend development skills.
Knowledge of REST API development and backend architecture.
Understanding of database management and server-side concepts.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD workflows and Linux/server environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Role 3: AI/ML Developer (Generative AI / Agentic AI with Python)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop AI/ML applications using Python.
Build and integrate Generative AI solutions such as chatbots, AI assistants, and automation tools.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks for intelligent workflows.
Create and integrate APIs for AI model implementation.
Perform prompt engineering, AI model testing, and optimization.
Develop automation and agent-based AI systems.
Fine-tune AI workflows for performance and scalability.
