Position 1: API Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in FastAPI, ORM frameworks, and Pydantic for building scalable APIs and backend services.

Role & Responsibilities:

Develop high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI
Design and manage databases using ORM (SQLAlchemy/Django ORM)
Implement data validation and serialization using Pydantic
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Python programming
Experience with FastAPI framework
Proficiency in ORM tools (SQLAlchemy preferred)
Hands-on experience with Pydantic models
Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols
Familiarity with Git and version control

Good to Have:

Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL

Position 2: AL/ML Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Developer who is passionate about building next-generation Agentic AI systems. You’ll work closely with the core AI engineering team to design, build, and deploy intelligent, modular agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and FastAPI. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid understanding of Python and a curiosity for prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and autonomous AI workflows.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining AI Agent architectures using LangChain and LangGraph.
Implement FastAPI-based backend services for LLM and agent interactions.
Work with vector databases (like Chroma, Pinecone, or FAISS) for document retrieval and memory management.
Design and fine-tune prompt templates for multi-agent workflows and reasoning tasks.
Integrate external tools and APIs into agentic pipelines (Google APIs, Email, Calendars, etc.).
Help build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for domain-specific intelligence.
Write clean, modular, and well-documented code using Python and modern MLOps practices.
Collaborate with senior developers on testing, optimization, and performance monitoring of AI systems.

Skills Required:

Strong foundation in Python programming.
Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts (transformers, embeddings, LLMs).
Familiarity with FastAPI or any Python web framework.
Working knowledge or interest in LangChain, LangGraph, or LLM-based agent systems.
Understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
Experience with Git, API integrations, and Python virtual environments.
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
