Position: Finance Associate
Experience: Fresher
Internship Duration: 06 Months
Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs.
15,000/- Per Month.
Approx. Package Post Internship: Based on
performance during the internship, with a potential CTC of Rs. 3,00,000 /- to
Rs. 3,25,000/- Per Annum

/ MBA (Finance)

out Year 2025 & 2026 Batch Only

Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Finance Associate to
join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various financial
activities, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, f inancial analysis, and
reporting.
Role & Responsibility:
- Assist
in preparing financial reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Support
month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and data
verification.
- Help
maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Perform
data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist
in vendor invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Coordinate
with internal teams to collect financial information as required.
- Contribute
to ad-hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives
Skills Required:
- Excellent
Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills so
that you collaborate well with your team and clients
- Excellent
attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- A
strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn.
- Strong
understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.
- You
will have to report to our Pune Office for this internship program 5 days
a week.
Terms and Conditions:
- Stipend: Rs.15,000/- for 6 months duration.
- Compensation: - Post completion of 6 months, an FTE will get 3-3.25 LPA fixed component.
- Service Agreement: This internship program is designed to provide an invaluable experience for professional growth. While full-time placement is not guaranteed, Coditas may offer outstanding performers a full-time position with a package of 3-3.25 LPA. This offer is subject to the management's decision and the candidate's performance during the internship with a service agreement of 18 months of, forfeiting the same will involve penalty charges on pro-rata basis."
