Position: Financial Analyst/ Management Trainee

Experience: Fresher

Approx. Package: Upto Rs.4,50,000 toRs. 5,50,000/- Per Annum

Job Location: Pune

Eligibility Criteria:

M.Com /MBA (Finance)
Pass out Year 2025 Batch Only
60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation

Roles and Responsibilities;

Work closely with the implementation team to support finance-related projects and system rollouts.
Assist in data collection, validation, and migration of accounting and financial data.
Support the creation of financial models, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand accounting requirements.
Perform variance analysis, reconciliations, and reporting as part of project delivery.
Prepare MIS reports using Excel and Power BI.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data during implementation processes.

Skilled Required:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) and Google Sheets.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
