to 5,50,000/- Per Annum
Job Location: Pune
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/ BTech/ ME/ MTech/ MCA (Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)/ Information Technology (IT)/ Artificial Intelligence/ Data Science/ Machine Learning (ML)/ Cyber Security/ Internet of Things (IoT) OR Branches related to Computer Science ONLY)
- Pass out Year 2024/ 2025 Batch Only
- 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation
Responsibility:
- Provides technical support for clients using Yardi SaaS products
- Configures, installs, and supports Yardi software and third-party applications in cloud environments
- Troubleshoots performance and functionality issues in client-hosted environments, including internal automation and scripting tools
- Monitors system alerts and responds promptly to maintain uptime and client satisfaction
- Executes documented procedures for environment upgrades and maintenance, including running PowerShell scripts and automation tools
- Ensures security and standardization of client data handling in accordance with departmental protocols
- Communicates professionally with clients and internal teams using platforms such as Teams, email, and ticketing systems
- Collaborates with international and cross-functional teams
- Participates in a 24x7x365 support model, including weekends and on-call rotations
- Follows company business practices, security protocols, and compliance regulations related to cloud support and data handling
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and ability to learn quickly
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams across departments and time zones
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Ability to maintain productivity and problem-solve in time-sensitive environments
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Kibana
- Knowledge of web application architecture, configuration, and support
WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to work at assigned office location
- Willingness to work in a 24x7x365 support model, including weekends and on-call shifts
- Schedule flexibility to support global teams
- Attend meetings and perform tasks for long periods on a computer and on the telephone
- Occasional business travel required
- Regular attendance and a regular work schedule are essential functions of this job
