About the Role: As part of our engineering team, you will play a key role in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for Android and iOS using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Maintain high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Troubleshoot and debug applications for performance bottlenecks and bugs.
Work with version control tools like Git for code collaboration.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills:

Professional experience in Flutter and Dart.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (BLoC, Provider, MVVM, etc.).
Experience with integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, etc.
Proficient in working with platform-specific integrations for Android and iOS.
Knowledge of state management, animations, custom widgets, and adaptive UI.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment to Google Play and Apple App Store.
Solid understanding of Git, GitHub/GitLab, and Agile development workflows.
Good problem-solving skills and debugging techniques.
Experience with unit testing and integration testing in Flutter.
Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
Contributions to open-source projects or published apps in the Play Store/App Store.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.
