Terms and Conditions:
- Performance
Review: Regular reviews during the internship period. If performances
unsatisfactory, termination can occur before completing the 6 months.
- Stipend:
INR 11,000 per month for 6 months.
- Full-Time
Offer: Based on performance during the internship, with a potential CTC of
4.5 LPA. Full-time placement is not guaranteed.
- Service
Agreement: A 12-month service agreement post-internship. If a candidate
leaves before completing 1 year, they need to pay a certain amount.
- Certificate
of Completion: Provided based on the number of months present during the
internship.
