Position: Site Reliability Engineer

Experience: 2 years

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 4,00,000/- to 5,00,00/- Per Annum

Job Location: Mumbai (Belapur)

Educational Criteria:

Any graduation/ Post graduation
No pass out and No percentage Criteria.

Responsibilities:

The SRE Engineer should have a detailed understanding on the functionality of the product and the Environment/ Implementation details
Should work cohesively with the Clients, Development team, Business Analysts, Third Party contact points etc. - Application and Infrastructure Teams
Should understand and implement ITIL based activities and methodologies to ensure smooth operations of production support issues, proactive health checks etc.
Release Management - Should be able to support Product Release/ Upgrades and perform Sanity checks.
Setup/ maintain the client specifications per product usage and identify and fix any gaps in the same Troubleshoot technical issues in production support and provide ongoing support till the issue gets fixed permanently (Defect fixes).
Monitor system health against the set thresholds, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to ensure system stability and availability.
Maintain open communication with key stakeholders at the client organization, including project sponsors, end-users, and technical teams.
Ensure ITIL best practices are followed all the way through

Key Requirements:

Worked on Java and related technologies as support engineer role for minimum of 2 years.
Prior experience in Product support preferably in BFSI or Lending Domain, and specific preference for Indian clients.
Hands-on experience of Java App/ micro-services-based App support. Should be able to debug a production issue by checking logs/ monitoring tools.
Should have experience in handling ITIL based support work.
Should be an excellent team player with very good communication and collaboration skills.
Expertise in Client / Stakeholder Management, with excellent communication skills to keep clients updated and informed.
Basic DevOps/ Infra knowledge.
Good communication skills.
Ability to learn new system quickly.
