Position: Management Trainee - Sales
Experience: Fresher
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 7,00,000/- Per Annum. (3.5 LPA + 2.5 VP + 1 Lac Retention Bonus given quarterly)
Job Location: Bangalore
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Batch: Pass out Year2024 & 2025 Batch Only
- Percentage: No Percentage Criteria
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify
potential customers through market research and cold calling
- Collaborate
with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through various
channels
- Effectively
communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer
satisfaction
- Stay
informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
Skills
Required:
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability
to work under pressure.
- Laptop
is mandatory.
- Willing
to work in a start-up environment (fast paced).
- Willing
to work 6 days a week and responsibility for the day to day activities of
your team
