Educational Criteria:
- BE /
BTech / BCA / BCS / BSC / MCA / MCS / MSC (CS/IT Only)
- Pass
out Year 2022 / 2023/ 2024/ 2025 Batch Only.
- 60%
throughout all academic.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Independent Execution of the Tasks related to support & implementation.
- Good Analytical & monitoring skill with Strong communication, interpersonal, motivational, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills
- Capture serviceability and supportability requirements to improve support deliver to customers.
- Review and test the install plan and rebuild of environments with address issues on time.
- Preparing scripts to update the DB configuration as per requirement.
- Update the release and fix as per given instruction document in production and monitor the same once live-in production.
- Basic ideas of networking and general software products handling with Tenacious commitment to customer focused support.
- The ability to read and understand site drawings, field repair guides and product specifications
- Knowledge about CRM tools such as Salesforce and Jira or other bug management tools
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, networking or similar technologies is a plus
- Willing to travel international and domestic locations to support product implementation
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills with Analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge on PL/SQL, UNIX, networking concepts
- Knowledge about CRM tools such as Salesforce and Jira or other bug management tools.
- Basic ideas of networking and general software products with good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Call support, communication skills,Onsite opportunity.
