Responsibilities:
Candidate is expected to lead the charge in technological

Candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams,

Candidate must manage full project lifecycles ensuring
timely and high standard deliveries from ideation to deployment. Implementing
best practices in software development and AI model training is crucial to
maintain system reliability while designing and testing a range of technical
solutions will highlight the candidate’s depth of skill.
Candidate will be instrumental in developing innovative,
real world AI and Cloud based solutions that create a measurable impact. By
contributing intellectual property and patent development, the candidate will
demonstrate technical ingenuity and leadership in innovation.
Candidate is expected to support the organization's digital
transformation journey by actively driving the adoption of cloud computing,
automation and customer experience solutions. Through data analytics and modelling.
The candidate will enable strategic, data driven decision making that ensures
alignment between technology implementation and business goals.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria and Qualification:
Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering (BE/BTech) from the 2025 graduating batch. Only students
specializing in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Information Technology
(IT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Data Science or from any allied
departments of CSE are eligible to apply for the Exponential Mavericks SPGET
program.
Candidate should have maintained a strong academic record
with a minimum of 75% or 7.5 CGPA consistently across 10th, 12th and
undergraduate studies. It is essential that the candidate has no active
backlogs at the time of application to be considered for the role.
Candidate eligibility is strictly limited to students from
IITs and NITs. Postgraduate degree holders i.e. ME, MTech, and MCA students are
not eligible to apply. Students from non-CSE allied branches like ECE, EEE,
ETC, EIE, ISE, Mechanical, Civil or any other unrelated streams are not
eligible for this opportunity.
Candidate must be willing to join at any Hexaware location
across India depending on project and business needs. Flexibility in relocation
and adapting to new work environments is expected based on the requirements of
the assigned projects.
Candidate should demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and
adapt to new technologies as required by the project. The ability to quickly
grasp and work on various tools and platforms is a crucial aspect of the
program’s expectations.
Candidate will be expected to work from the office following
a five day workweek schedule. Commitment to a structured work environment and
active participation in team based projects are vital components of the role.
Candidate must be willing to commit to a service agreement
of three years with Hexaware. This reflects the organization’s intent to invest
in long term development and career growth of the selected candidates while
expecting mutual dedication.
