Job Location: Pune

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 2,40,000/- Per Annum.

Education: BE /BTech /BCA /BCS /BSc /MCA /MCS /MSc (CS/IT Only)
Batch: Pass-out 2024 & 2025 Batch Only

Position 1: Software Testing

Job Summary:

As a Software Testing Fresher, you will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying bugs, and supporting the QA team in delivering error-free products. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the field of software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and participate in test planning.
Execute manual test cases and report issues clearly.
Assist in identifying bugs and inconsistencies across different environments.
Document test cases, test results, and defect logs.
Work closely with developers and senior testers to resolve issues.
Ensure product functionality, usability, and performance standards.
Learn and apply basic testing techniques, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Familiarity with types of testing: manual testing, functional testing, UI testing, etc.
Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Quick learner with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of basic SQL for database testing.
Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
Any certification in software testing (ISTQB or similar) is an advantage.

Position 2: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

As a Fresher UI/UX Designer, you will be involved in designing user interfaces and crafting user experiences for web applications, mobile applications, and eLearning modules. You will work closely with developers and instructional designers to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement design improvements.
Apply UX best practices to improve learner interaction and engagement.
Ensure consistency in design elements and user flow across products.
Support senior designers in refining user journeys and interface elements.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and interaction design.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and visual hierarchy.
Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
