Criteria:
- BE / BTech/ BCA/ MCA (IT / CS only)

Position 1: Trainee Software Engineer
(.NET Developer)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and
architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Experience of ASP. Net with MVC, Angular will be advantageous
- Test and deploy applications and systems- Revise, update, refactor
and debug code
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and
design/architectural patterns
- Experience of jQuery, bootstrap, HTML , CSS ,Entity Framework would
be added
- Familiarity with Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML.
- Good command on .NET frameworks.
- Design and develop .NET based web applications
- Should have a strong knowledge of OOPS with working knowledge of
MVC.
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and
design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Attention to
detail
- Must have good analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Should be creative, quick learner and hard working
- Should have working knowledge of using a latest development tools
and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of frontend UI design preferred.
- Must be a team player.
Position 2: Trainee Software Engineer
(Software Testing)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with Testing Team to develop effective strategies and
test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the
software development lifecycle
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Good Knowledge of Manual & Automation Testing
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Excellent communication skills Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong organizational skills SOFTWARE TESTING COURSE IS COMPULSORY
Position 3: Application Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients using Java-based applications,
addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application
functionality, configurations, and potential issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by clients,
ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Document support processes, including troubleshooting steps,
solutions, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, or ticketing systems to
provide updates on issue resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support members or developers,
as needed, and follow up until resolution.
- Assist in testing and validating fixes and enhancements to ensure
quality and reliability of software products.
