Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Fresher to join our
Digital Channels team as a Manual Tester. The candidate will be responsible for
testing web and mobile applications, identifying defects, and ensuring the
quality of digital banking solutions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute
manual test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify,
document, and track defects.
- Validate
bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Prepare
test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Coordinate
with development and support teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure
application quality before production deployment.
Skills Required:
- Basic
knowledge of Manual Testing concepts
- Understanding
of SDLC and STLC
- Knowledge
of Web and Mobile Application Testing

We are looking for a Java Support Engineer with a minimum of 1 year of
experience in application support. The candidate will be responsible for
monitoring applications, troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and
ensuring smooth functioning of Digital Channel applications.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide
L1/L2 support for Java-based applications.
- Analyze
application logs and troubleshoot production issues.
- Execute
SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
- Coordinate
with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Monitor
application performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain
incident, problem, and change management records.

Job Description:
We are looking for an L1 Technical Support Engineer
to manage UPI switch production support for critical banking systems. The role
involves real-time monitoring, issue resolution, and coordination to ensure
100% uptime of UPI services. As UPI is a business-critical platform, the
candidate must provide high-priority, time-bound resolutions to ensure
uninterrupted service for customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor
UPI applications, transactions, and system performance to ensure smooth
operations.
- Handle
production issues, operational queries, and user requests while meeting
SLA requirements.
- Coordinate
with business, product, infrastructure, and external stakeholders for
issue resolution.
- Generate
daily MIS reports, transaction reports, and business dashboards.
- Perform
log monitoring, system maintenance, and backup support activities.
- Participate
in disaster recovery drills, audit compliance, and security-related
activities.
- Ensure
system availability, stability, and uninterrupted support for digital
payment services.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge
of Linux commands and server environment management.
- Familiarity
with NGINX, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL concepts.
- Basic
understanding of Core Java and application support activities.
- Understanding
of production support processes and incident management.
- Strong
analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good
communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability
to work in a mission-critical environment with a focus on system uptime
and quick issue resolution.
- Proactive
approach with a willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.
