Job Description:
We are looking for
a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. This role will
provide hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, on
boarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The Trainee will also contribute
to maintaining positive employee relations and help ensure employee satisfaction
by educating staff on HR policies and fostering a positive work environment.
Roles and
Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing,
screening, and interview coordination.

Support on boarding formalities such as document verification and induction
planning.
·
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
·
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
·
Coordinate training sessions and assist in collecting feedback
from employees.
·
Support daily HR operations and ensure adherence to company
policies and procedures.
