Education: BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc (CS/ IT Only) +MBA (Finance Only)
Batch: Pass out Year 2025 Batch Only
Percentage: 60% throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Implementation Specialist to lead successful onboarding and system implementations for property management and financial platforms. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth data migration, accurate financial configuration, and seamless client transition to Yardi solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand their current property management and accounting systems, workflows, and business requirements.
Translate business needs into system configurations within Yardi, including financial structures, properties, leases, and user access controls.
Configure Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, AR/AP structures, and reporting parameters to align with client operations.
Lead data migration activities, including data mapping, template preparation, validation, and system imports.
Conduct trial conversions and perform detailed reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy (Trial Balance, AR/AP Aging, Rent Roll, etc.).
Identify discrepancies, resolve data or configuration issues, and ensure clean and accurate system setup.
Support system testing and user validation prior to go-live.
Provide clear project updates and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ensure implementations are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and best practices.
